Lead - Business Development - Non Ferrous - Aluminium/Copper/Lead (8-10 yrs)

About L&T SuFin:

L&T SuFin is a B2B Ecommerce Platform which will leverage L&T's deep knowledge and capabilities in Procurement (through its huge volume of annual procurement) and Logistics, Financing, and IT solutions.

This platform is essentially a digital marketplace for SME buyers and sellers (mainly focused on construction and industrial products & services) to connect in an efficient manner, thereby enabling sellers to expand their sales reach, and for buyers to find required products and services at optimal cost and quality.

Key Responsibilities :

- The person is expected to Lead the business development of a reliable chain of business sme and msme business for Sufin platform in that Category of non ferrous metals like aluminum and copper.

- Should have extensive experience in building network for aluminum and copper

- Responsible for GMV / Business transaction on the Platform for the category.

- The person to develop the Operational Team / Desk Operations for the Category

Qualification :

- Position Type : Permanent

- Qualification : Engineering B.Tech/MBA will be added advantage

- Work Location : Mumbai

Experience :

- The person should have Procurement Experience in the Specific Categories

- Non-Ferrous Metals and Or Products that consume these Non-Ferrous metals - Aluminum, Copper, Lead

- Experience in Dealing the Large Suppliers and understands the Supplier Management System.

- Understanding of Commercials and Working Capital Solutions for Vendors - BG/LC/OD Facility/Bill Discounting will be added advantage

- Should have led a Team in past and should have driven to develop Business from Scratch.
