- To drive business growth and market expansion by developing and executing strategic plans that enhance market penetration, build strong stakeholder relationships, and establish the company as a leader in the construction chemicals segment.

- The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, optimizing channel strategies, leading the national sales team, and ensuring the achievement of revenue and profitability targets while aligning with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:


- Develop and execute national business development strategies to achieve revenue and market share goals in the construction chemicals segment.

- Identify growth opportunities, market trends, and new business segments to drive expansion.

Market Development:


- Build and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, contractors, builders, and applicators.

- Drive demand generation through market education initiatives, training programs, and product awareness campaigns.

Sales Management:


- Lead the development and implementation of channel partner strategies, ensuring effective distributor and dealer networks across regions.

- Collaborate with regional teams to monitor and optimize sales performance.

Product Portfolio Management:


- Collaborate with R&D and marketing teams to enhance the product portfolio and introduce new solutions based on market needs.

- Drive application-based selling approaches to promote high-value products.

Team Leadership:


- Lead, mentor, and manage the national business development team to achieve organizational objectives.

- Provide ongoing training and support to enhance team capabilities in technical and consultative selling.

Performance Monitoring:


- Analyze market data and performance metrics to provide actionable insights and recommendations.

- Prepare regular reports for senior management on business development activities and progress.
