* Skilled in Negotiation, Microsoft Word, LinkedIn, Recruiting, and

* Human Resources. Experienced in manpower for distinct verticals from Juniorto Top level assignments.

Specialties : -

1. Manage the full talent acquisition lifecycle which includesimplementing hiring strategiesin terms ofsourcing, interviewing,selection and offer management.

2. Working on all type of profile related IT and Non IT.

3. Interview,screen and evaluate candidatesresumes and create a shortlist.

4. Coordinate interviews and all logistics with the interviewing team.

5. HR recordsmanagement.

6. Preparation of monthly HR MIS report.

7. Responsible for managing Employee Service Files, ensuring timely confirmation of probationers.
