Tele Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to promote and sell the companys products and services.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to enhance customer loyalty.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide relevant information promptly.
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or other channels.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitors.

Qualifications and Skills

• Education: Graduate degree in any discipline.
• Experience: 1+ years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a related field (preferred). Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
• Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong persuasive skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
• Customer-oriented approach with problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic computer applications.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment and handle pressure.
• Multilingual proficiency is a plus.
