Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Specialist at Arena Animation Rajajinagar. The Telesales Specialist will be the representatives who contact existing leads and prospects to generate walkin and sales.. . They will be engaging with potential customers over the phone..

Qualifications

• Acquire new customers through inbound calls, outbound calling, or email
• Understanding customer needs and answering their queries related to products or services
• Connecting with prospective customers through their preferred means of communication
• Follow the telecalling script to deliver the perfect pitch while talking to a prospect.
• Acquire required customer information for the sales process
