Job Description -Telesales Executive

About Us RECON Centre for Facial Cosmetic Surgery is a specialised Centre for Facial Cosmetic Surgery, it is a super speciality centre, dedicated towards a holistic approach to facial aesthetics. RECON caters to all surgical & non-surgical facial aesthetic requirements. Recon’s ethics regarding Facial Aesthetic treatments take into careful consideration the patient’s autonomy, the patient's right to informed counselling, beneficence, and non-maleficence. At RECON, our aim is to provide all our patients’ most efficient & advanced services in Facial Aesthetics.

Job Summary:

The Telesales Executive will play a vital role in promoting the RECON services and acquiring new clients. She will handle inbound and outbound calls, explain RECON services to potential customers, schedule appointments, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should be confident, persuasive, and able to establish rapport with customers over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales & Lead Generation:
    • Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to inform them about the clinic's services, offers, and packages.
    • Convert inquiries into confirmed appointments and bookings.
    • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
  2. Customer Engagement:
    • Handle incoming calls and provide accurate information regarding clinic services.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.
    • Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or referrals.
  3. Appointment Scheduling:
    • Schedule appointments and coordinate with the clinic’s front desk team for smooth operations.
    • Send reminders and confirm appointments with clients.
  4. Record Keeping & Reporting:
    • Maintain an updated customer database, including notes on client preferences and interactions.
    • Provide daily/weekly reports on sales activities, client feedback, and appointment statistics.
  5. Feedback & Complaint Handling:
    • Gather feedback from clients about their experience with the clinic’s services.
    • Address complaints or issues professionally and escalate to the appropriate department when necessary.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in telesales, customer service, or a similar role.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.

Skills Required:

  • Communication: Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Salesmanship: Ability to persuade and influence potential customers effectively.
  • Customer Focus: Empathy and patience to handle diverse customer needs.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in [Insert Relevant Languages], including English.
