Job Description:
We are providing an Intern Opportunity and seeking a proactive and results-driven Business
Development Representative (BDR) to join our sales team that deals with our clients and leads in the US. The BDR will be responsible for making calls to leads generated through marketing efforts and converting these leads into business meetings. Key tasks include presenting our services, assessing needs, scheduling meetings if required and tracking activities.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to leads generated through marketing campaigns to qualify prospects and gather relevant information.
Engage potential clients in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and introduce them to our services.
Conduct timely follow-ups with prospects to nurture relationships and keep them engaged.
Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to refine lead generation and qualification processes.
Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly targets for calls made and leads qualified.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospecting activities and lead details.
Report to the Sales Head on sales results.
Skills Required:
Excellent Communication skills (Oral and Written).
Good Negotiation Skills.
Confident in dealing with clients.
Highly self-motivated and result oriented personality.
Hardworking with strong work ethics.
Qualifications:
Any Bachelors Degree
Experience:
Fresher/0-2 years of experience in cold-calling or sales.
Duration of Internship:
5 months
Salary Range:
10K 15K per month (+incentives)
Mandatory Requirements:
Effective Communication in English
Able to work at night shifts (9 PM to 6 AM)
Need to work during the contract period, failing which leads to legal action including penalty as stated in agreement
5 working days till the season (probably till January 3rd week) starts (Saturday & Sunday fixed Week-off)
Once the season starts working days will be from Monday to Saturday.
