Solution Architect - Hybris Platform (3-8 yrs)

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Solutions Architect to join our growing team.

As a Senior Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for designing and delivering innovative and impactful technology solutions for our clients.

You will play a critical role in translating business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring the successful implementation of complex projects, and driving client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design and development of complex technical solutions, leveraging your expertise in Hybris, React, and Java.

- Define and document solution architectures, including system diagrams, data flows, and integration points.

- Ensure that solutions are aligned with business requirements, performance, scalability, and security best practices.

- Conduct impact analysis and feasibility studies for proposed solutions.

- Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies and tools for each project, considering factors such as cost, performance, and scalability.

- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends relevant to the technology landscape.

- Effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, including clients, project teams, and stakeholders.

- Present solution designs and proposals to clients in a clear and concise manner.

- Build and maintain strong client relationships.

- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams throughout the project lifecycle.

- Ensure the successful delivery of projects within budget and on schedule.

- Monitor project progress and identify and mitigate potential risks.

- Deep expertise in Java, Spring Framework, and related technologies.

- Strong understanding of front-end technologies, including React, JavaScript, and HTML/CSS.

- In-depth knowledge of Hybris platform and its capabilities.

- Experience with microservices architecture, API design, and integration.

- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.

Qualifications :

Essential :

- 3+ years of experience in software development and architecture.

- Strong experience in Java, Spring Framework, and related technologies.

- In-depth knowledge of Hybris platform and its functionalities.

- Strong understanding of front-end technologies, including React.

- Experience with designing and implementing complex enterprise applications.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
