Solution Architect - Java/React.js (6-20 yrs)

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Solution Architect to join our team.

As a Solution Architect, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing innovative solutions for our clients, primarily within the Telco and Techno domains.

You will leverage your deep understanding of digital architecture frameworks and your expertise in technologies like Hybris, React, and Java to create robust and scalable solutions.

This role offers the opportunity to work on challenging projects and make a significant impact on our business.

Responsibilities :

- Lead the solution architecture design for complex projects, considering business requirements, technical feasibility, and scalability.

- Conduct impact analysis and sizing exercises to assess the effort and resources required for proposed solutions.

- Develop and present architectural solutions and technical roadmaps to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure that solutions align with business objectives and technical requirements.

- Design and implement solutions using a variety of technologies, including Hybris, React, and Java.

- Apply your deep understanding of digital architecture frameworks, including Microservices, BFF (Backend for Frontend), Authentication, CMS (Content Management System), and Cache Management, to design robust and scalable solutions.

- Create and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design specifications, and implementation plans.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the industry.

- Proactively identify and address potential risks and challenges in solution design.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our solution architecture processes and best practices.

Required Skills :

- Strong background in Solution Architecture, including impact analysis, sizing, and the use of technical tools like Visio and Draw.io.

- Extensive experience in presenting architectural solutions and technical roadmaps to various audiences.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Deep understanding of digital architecture frameworks (Microservices, BFF, Authentication, CMS, Cache Management).

- Proven experience with Hybris, React, and Java technologies.

- Experience in the Telco or Techno domains is essential.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
