Job Description :
We are seeking an experienced- Lead cum Project Manager specializing in Odoo ERP to join our dynamic team. This is a- remote, full-time- role requiring a professional with extensive Odoo expertise, excellent communication skills, and a strong technical background to manage projects and teams effectively.
Key Responsibilities : .
- Lead Odoo ERP implementation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored Odoo ERP solutions.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure on-time delivery.
- Oversee and mentor the technical team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing project progress and results.
Requirements :
- Extensive experience in- Odoo ERP- (minimum 2 years in project and team management).
- Strong technical background with hands-on expertise in Odoo development and customization.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to liaise effectively with clients.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
- Must be available to join within a maximum notice period of 4 weeks.
Preferred Qualifications : .
- Certifications in Odoo or related ERP solutions.
- Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies for project management.
