Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager (GRC) to lead medium to large-scale GRC implementation projects across multiple geographies.

This role requires a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and deep knowledge of GRC frameworks to ensure successful project execution.

The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, developers, consultants, and third-party vendors, to deliver high-impact solutions aligned with client objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Oversee the entire project lifecycle from initiation to deployment, ensuring timely and successful delivery of GRC implementations.

- Act as the primary point of contact between clients, internal teams, and vendors, ensuring alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.

- Guide technical teams on configuring, customizing, and integrating GRC platforms like IBM OpenPages, RSA Archer, MetricStream, or other GRC solutions.

- Identify project risks and mitigation strategies, ensuring proactive issue resolution to keep projects on track.

- Utilize best practices in Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies to manage projects efficiently.

- Ensure that GRC solutions meet industry compliance standards, including ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT, Basel, GDPR, and SOX.

- Work with clients to drive user adoption, system training, and change management initiatives.

- Plan and allocate resources effectively while managing project budgets and timelines.

- Maintain detailed project documentation, status reports, and executive summaries for stakeholders.

Required Qualifications & Experience :

- 5+ years of experience in Technical Project Management, specifically in GRC implementations (IBM OpenPages experience is a strong plus).

- Strong technical background in GRC platforms, enterprise risk management, compliance automation, and regulatory reporting.

- Proven experience leading multi-geography projects for financial institutions, banks, fintech, or regulatory agencies.

- Expertise in project management methodologies (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum certifications preferred).

- Strong understanding of GRC frameworks, IT risk management, operational risk, and regulatory compliance.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills, with the ability to interact with senior stakeholders and executives.

- Experience managing projects with third-party integrations, APIs, cloud environments, and enterprise IT ecosystems.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
