Job Description :
Onsite UAE (Long Term) 2 Openings
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Oracle Financial applications implementation including minimum 5 ERP implementation cycles which includes UAE localization experience in the relevant modules.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct project activities in line with project plan and scope within time, quality, and budget constraints.
- Conduct business requirements sessions. Assist in account reconciliation, period closing and VAT returns submission.
- Assist in Building integration with Legacy systems.

Implementation and Configuration :
- Lead and participate in Oracle Financials and Projects module implementations.
- Configure Oracle applications based on client requirements. Customize and enhance functionalities to align with business processes.
Requirement Analysis :
- Collaborate with clients to gather and understand their financial and project management business requirements.
- Conduct workshops and interviews to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement. Translate business requirements into Oracle Financials and Projects system configurations.
- Integration and Data Migration : Work on integrating Oracle Financials and Projects with other modules and external systems. Oversee data migration activities, ensuring accurate and smooth transition of financial and project data.
- User Training and Support : Provide end-user training on Oracle Financials and Projects applications. Offer post-implementation support and address user queries and issues.
- Documentation : Create and maintain functional design documents, configuration documents, and test scripts. Ensure that all project-related documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Testing : Plan and execute system testing, ensuring that configured solutions meet financial and project management requirements.
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to validate the functionality and performance of the system.
- Continuous Improvement : Stay informed about Oracle Financials and Projects updates and best practices.
- Recommend and implement improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of financial and project management processes.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as an Oracle Financial/Projects Consultant or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of Oracle Financials and Projects modules, including but not limited to General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Project Costing.
- Experience with the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to post-implementation support.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Oracle certifications in Financials and Projects modules are a plus.
