SAP Hybris Consultant (3-6 yrs)

We are seeking an experienced SAP Hybris Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Hybris Commerce development and a strong background in Java and related technologies. You will work on delivering high-quality solutions, managing stakeholder discussions, and ensuring the

successful integration of SAP Hybris into the existing IT landscapes of our clients.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop and customize all components of SAP Hybris Commerce, including Storefront, CMS, Order Management, Customer Service, Search, and Platform.

- Successfully complete Hybris platform upgrades and ensure global templates are adhered to during rollouts.

- Work with client stakeholders to understand requirements, propose solutions for complex pricing scenarios, and manage project scope effectively.

- Interpret wireframes and compositions, translating them into JSP pages.

- Integrate SAP Hybris solutions into customers' IT landscapes and provide technical feasibility feedback.

- Participate in architectural and design decisions to ensure robust solutions.

- Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams to secure project success.

- Manage and optimize Hybris components such as Solr, Cockpit, Cron, and Impex.

- Ensure adherence to best practices and industry standards in SAP Hybris development.

Skills and Qualifications Required :

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Hybris development, with expertise in Hybris Commerce, SAP Hybris, Solr, Cockpit, Cron, and Impex.

- Proficient in Java, Spring framework, JSP, JSTL, and other J2EE-related technologies.

- Strong experience in RDBMS, particularly MySQL, Oracle, and/or SQL Server.

- Hands-on experience with build tools such as ANT, Maven, and CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins.

- Proven track record of completing at least three web projects on Java or J2EE platforms.

- Experience in interpreting wireframes/compositions and implementing them into JSP pages.

- Strong problem-solving skills to propose effective solutions for complex business scenarios.

- Excellent communication skills to manage stakeholder discussions and align project goals.

- Familiarity with SAP Hybris integrations and customization to meet business needs.

Preferred :

- Experience in performing Hybris platform upgrades and managing rollouts in a global template.

- Knowledge of best practices for pricing strategies and SAP Hybris implementation.
