Job Description
A dynamic and results-driven Corporate Alliances Executive to join the team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, onboarding recruiters, and generating new business opportunities.
This role requires being on the field, meeting with recruiters and clients regularly to promote our platform and bring new recruiters on board.
Key Responsibilities:
Actively engage in field visits to meet recruiters, HR professionals, and hiring managers from various industries.
Build and nurture relationships with corporate clients to onboard them to our job portal.
Drive client acquisition and secure new partnerships with businesses seeking to recruit talent via our platform.
Identify and target prospective companies across sectors to expand the portal s recruiter base.
Deliver compelling presentations and demos of the job platforms benefits, features, and services to prospective clients.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong business development and negotiation skills.
Proven experience in field sales or recruitment services is preferred.
Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and handle multiple client engagements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
1 + year of experience in field sales, recruitment, or corporate alliances.
Familiarity with the recruitment industry or job portals is an added advantage.
