Job Description

- Define goals and measure performance to evaluate and understand product value
- Build alignment on priorities, plans and progress in your team, across other product teams, with stakeholders and the Leadership team
- Inspire and influence others and yourself to think differently, solve problems, seize opportunities and be passionate about working towards the mission
We re looking for an exceptional Product Manager to join our product team that is building a world class expense management experience that will truly benefit micro, small medium businesses around the world.
- You should have a proven track record of at least 7 years in product management
- You should have domain knowledge preferably in fintech / payments / accounting tax / financial services / or some other related field. We value aptitude over experience, but we re looking for some existing real world PM experience.
- You should have experience indirectly leading and seamlessly collaborating in cross-functional teams to drive successful product launches, continuous improvements, and growth.
- You are organized and consistent in quality execution.
- You should have strong communication and stakeholder management skills, especially in relation to decision-making, plans, progress, achievements and challenges.
- Inclination to skate to where the puck is going as hockey-legend Wayne Gretzky put it. That is, you see an opportunity, align the team, create a plan and then make things happen
