CRM platform Manager

Job Responsibilities:

1) Manage and maintain the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and system stability.

2) Customize the CRM platform to align with real estate processes and workflows.

3) Analyse CRM data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

4) Generate reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).

5) Automate and streamline real estate processes using CRM workflows and automation tools.

6) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to propose CRM-driven solutions for process improvement.

7) Conduct system audits to ensure compliance with data protection regulations.

8) Provide training and support to CRM system users, ensuring effective utilization.

9) Serve as the go-to person for CRM-related queries and issue resolution.

10) Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in CRM management.

Requirements:

1) Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field.

2) Relevant Experience: Minimum of 6 years of experience in real estate, with a focus on CRM management and optimization.

3) Any others: Preferably Female candidate
