Responsibilities:

Technical:

• Define the product vision and translate it into a clear technical roadmap.
• Lead, mentor, and grow the engineering team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
• Establish the technical direction and design robust and scalable architectures for new developments and enhancements.
• Leverage AI/ML expertise to guide the team in building and implementing cutting-edge AI-driven solutions.
• Effectively manage workload distribution, planning, and resource allocation, aligning with company KPIs.
• Define the technical product flow, ensuring seamless integration of systems and components.
• Make informed decisions on new developments and prioritize tasks based on business value and technical feasibility.
• Manage third-party integrations, ensuring smooth onboarding and seamless connectivity.
• Ensure high code quality through regular code audits and reviews.
• Oversee platform management and maintenance, guaranteeing stability, security, and performance.
• Lead troubleshooting and problem-solving efforts to minimize downtime and disruptions.

Functional:

• Ensure team's work directly supports and advances overall company objectives.
• Collaborate effectively with external partners, clearly demonstrating services and technical concepts.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, providing regular updates and addressing concerns proactively.
• Utilize project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum) to develop WBS, break down tasks, and manage projects effectively.
• Conduct performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and create development plans for team members.
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences, providing regular updates and reports.
• Manage team budget (if applicable), ensuring resource allocation is efficient and effective.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and productivity.
