We have urgent hiring for Admin Senior Executive Profile for Gurgaon location.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily office operations, including maintaining office supplies and inventory management.
• Ensure office facilities and equipment are functioning effectively and coordinate with vendors for repairs or maintenance.
• Good knowledge of housekeeping management.
• Good knowledge of courier management, including handling logistics, tracking shipments, and coordinating with service providers for efficient delivery processes.
• Manage schedules, appointments, and meeting arrangements for management and staff.
• Prepare and maintain reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
• Maintain and organize company records, files, and databases.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies.
• Liaise with vendors and service providers for procurement, contracts, and service agreements.
• Monitor company assets and ensure proper usage and maintenance.
• Arrange travel, accommodation, and itineraries for employees and guests.
• Assist in planning and coordinating company events, meetings, and conferences.
• Good knowledge of Train and Air ticket booking.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
