We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented GTM Ops Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in SaaS operations or analytics roles, with a passion for organization, data accuracy, and operational efficiency. This role requires you to collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage key operational processes, and help drive seamless execution in our go-to-market (GTM) functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Onboarding/Offboarding of Sales Reps:
Create and maintain comprehensive process documentation for rep onboarding/offboarding.
Content Organization:
Organize, update, and maintain internal content across G-drive, Confluence, and Flockjay.
Create placeholder folders, reshuffle and reorganize documents, and rename files following proper naming conventions.
Data Entry Maintenance:
Maintain and update the GTM Tools vendor master sheet.
Update Tropic with vendor contract details.
Create and maintain trackers, including renewal intake forms.
Reporting: MoM discrepancy trends, Auto Renewals tracking, and Tie Out reports.
GTM Tools Tech Ops:
Validate weekly V-Card spend and prepare related reports.
Customer Intake Forms:
Manage customer intake forms during the onboarding process.
What We Look For:
Strong proficiency in Excel/GSheets for data entry, analysis, and reporting.
Basic experience with Salesforce (SFDC), particularly in using, generating reports and dashboards.
Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to self-assess and ensure data accuracy.
Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Fast learner with the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new tools and technologies.
Integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
A "hustle" mindset with a sales-driven attitude.
Bonus Points:
1-3 years of operational experience, with at least 1 year in an analytical or operations role.
Experience working with SaaS companies, particularly supporting large Strategic/Enterprise accounts.
