Marketing Operations Specialist

Looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Marketing Operations Specialist to drive the operational execution of our marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will excel in managing marketing tools, executing campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless campaign operations, technical SEO, and analytics to support our marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Management:

• Set up and manage outbound campaigns in HubSpot, including email sequences and workflows.

• Coordinate logistics for webinars and similar events, including registration, follow-ups, and attendee management.

• Execute campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, and paid ads, based on provided strategies.

• Lead Nurturing & Scoring:

• Develop and maintain lead nurturing workflows to engage early-stage leads.

• Implement and manage lead scoring models in HubSpot to better qualify leads for the sales team.

• Martech Management:

• Oversee the management and optimization of HubSpot and other marketing tools.

• Ensure seamless integrations between marketing platforms and the CRM.

• Social Media Management:

• Manage social media accounts, including scheduling posts, tracking performance, and engaging with audiences.

• Coordinate social media content with campaigns and overall brand messaging.

• Content Amplification:

• Distribute blogs, case studies, whitepapers, PR materials, etc., through newsletters, social media, and partnerships.

• Reporting:

• Track and report on campaign performance, including metrics for paid ads, webinars, and email campaigns.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

• Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot) and CRM systems.

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to optimize campaign performance.

• Familiarity with technical SEO principles and tools.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams.

• Proficiency in social media platforms and analytics tools.

Preferred:

• Experience in B2B marketing operations.

• Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email and landing page customization.

• Certification in HubSpot or similar marketing platforms.
