Talent Acquisition - Contract Role

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Talent Acquisition Intern to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of internship/full time experience in Talent Acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in full-cycle recruitment, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and coordination of the hiring process.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
• Utilize various job boards, social media platforms, and recruitment tools to source top talent.
• Conduct reference checks, background verifications, and other pre-employment processes.
• Provide an excellent candidate experience by keeping candidates informed throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain and update recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Track and report on key recruitment metrics and outcomes.
• Collaborate with HR team members to support talent management and onboarding initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
• 6+ months of internship/Full time experience in Talent Acquisition or related HR functions.
• Understanding of full cycle recruitment processes.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software/tools.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive and positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.)
• Knowledge of Recruitment best practices, sourcing strategies, and interview techniques.
• Experience with candidate relationship management and talent pipelining.
