Thoucentric - Azure Databricks Lead (15-20 yrs)

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Set up and configure Databricks platform for different user personas.

- Design, develop, and deploy scalable, secure solutions on Azure Databricks.

- Establish and maintain a data governance framework for cloud data storage and usage.

- Continuously enhance Databricks with new features and capabilities.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cloud data use cases.

- Work closely with Product Owners to define technical requirements and implement solutions.

- Provide technical leadership in Databricks and Azure environments.

Requirements :

Required Skills and Qualifications

- 15+ years of experience with cloud data platforms, especially Azure Databricks.

- Strong hands-on expertise in Databricks architecture and cloud-based analytics solutions.

- Proficient in cloud services (Azure/AWS), Python, Scala, and SQL.

- In-depth experience with data lakes, lake houses, and ETL solutions.

- Strong understanding of cloud data governance, security, and optimization practices.

- Proven ability to migrate data to cloud platforms and manage enterprise data environments.

- Familiar with Agile methodologies and experience working in global development teams.
