Job Description
- Identify and qualify potential customers through online research, digital campaigns, networking, and field visits.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
- Sales Engagement:
- Engage with leads to understand their needs and effectively communicate how MaxelTracker can address their challenges.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and follow-up meetings both virtually and in-person.
- Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, support) to align on strategies and provide feedback from the field.
- Sales Strategy Reporting:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Track and report on sales activities and outcomes using CRM tools and other tracking systems.
- Market Analysis:
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital technologies.
- Provide market feedback to help shape product enhancements and sales strategies.
Requirements - Proven sales experience in digital products or technology-based solutions.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with CRM software and digital marketing tools is a plus.
- Willingness to travel for field visits and client meetings as needed.
