Job Description


Key Responsibilities
  • Identify potential clients through online research, networking, and cold calling.
  • Engage with leads to understand their needs and align them with company offerings.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
  • Develop and implement outreach strategies to increase lead engagement.
  • Qualify leads based on defined criteria for hand-off to sales teams.
  • Generate interest in the companys products or services.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to refine messaging based on feedback.
  • Prepare presentations and proposals for potential clients.
  • Attend industry events to build relationships and promote company offerings.
  • Provide insights and feedback from leads to influence product development.
  • Track personal sales metrics and report results to management.
  • Follow up with leads that have shown interest but have not yet converted.
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through diligent follow-up.
  • Stay updated on competitor offerings and industry innovations.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales or business development.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong negotiation and persuading abilities.
  • Comfortable making cold calls and engaging with leads.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies is a plus.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing market conditions.
  • Skill at developing and maintaining client relationships.
  • Motivated by achieving results and driving organizational growth.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Willingness to travel, if necessary.
