Job Description

Sprih is seeking a motivated professional with a strong interest in SaaS Enterprise Business Development to drive our growth in India/USA market. In this role, you ll focus on building a predictable revenue pipeline through strategic outbound sales efforts. You ll be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective clients across diverse industry segments within the India/USA market, helping to expand our reach and impact.
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct primary and secondary Market Research & Lead Research to assess the potential and fitment of prospective customers.
  • Prospecting outbound opportunities with ICPs across Product lines for the given opportunity.
  • Generate and qualify new leads.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate and expand the mid-market segment.
  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to prospective clients.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements to offer tailored solutions.
  • Conduct online demos and presentations to prospective customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to support sales initiatives.
  • Consistently meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain CRM records up-to-date.
We are looking for people who have:
  • 0-2 years of SaaS Enterprise Sales experience in a high-growth environment.
  • Analytical ability to comprehend and articulate the solution to the customer.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers.
  • Self-driven nature and a passion for Sales.
  • Proficiency in using Excel, LinkedIn, MS Office, CRM and prospecting tools.
