:
- 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design and front-end development
- Strong portfolio showcasing outstanding design skills and development expertise
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in user experience, interaction design, and visual design
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and Photoshop
- Knowledge of UX principles, accessibility standards, and best practices
- Ability to conduct user research, ask the right questions, and define user journeys effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Understanding of accessibility, usability best practices, and responsive design principles
- Exposure to front-end UI components using HTML, CSS, JavaScript is a plus
- Familiarity with backend technologies is a plus
