Salesforce Developer - CPQ Solutions (3-6 yrs)

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Salesforce Developer with a strong foundation in Salesforce CPQ to join our growing team.

In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and implementing innovative Salesforce solutions that drive business growth and efficiency.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into robust and scalable Salesforce implementations.

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions, including custom objects, Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components.

- Lead the implementation and configuration of Salesforce CPQ solutions, including advanced pricing rules, quote templates, product catalogs, and contract management.

- Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems using APIs (REST, SOAP).

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce implementations.

- Perform unit testing and code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.

- Participate in all phases of the Salesforce development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.

- Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Stay abreast of the latest Salesforce technologies and best practices.

- Proactively identify and recommend improvements to existing Salesforce processes and solutions.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

Qualifications :

- Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce development.

- Proven experience in implementing and configuring Salesforce CPQ solutions, including advanced pricing, quote templates, and contract management.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce Lightning, REST APIs, Salesforce DX, and SOQL.

- Experience with Salesforce integrations and working with external systems.

- In-depth knowledge of the Salesforce Security model, data modeling, and sharing rules.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and find innovative solutions.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

- Salesforce certifications (e.g, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist) are a plus
