About the Role:.
We are seeking a high-caliber Demand Generation Specialist with expertise in lead generation for IT services and solutions companies in global markets like the US and Europe.
The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of generating quality leads through outbound strategies and helping drive revenue growth.
This role requires inside sales expertise and the ability to work with limited overlap in the US timezone.
Job Responsibilities:
- Generate SQL(Sales Qualified Leads) through email, Linkedin, networking, and cold calling.
- Focus on generating leads for IT services and solutions in the US and European markets.
- Explore and implement creative strategies to reach and engage potential prospects.
- Research and identify potential prospects using various sales and market research tools.
- Present a comprehensive overview of TFT's services to potential clients.
- Clearly communicate TFT's value proposition to attract and convert prospects.
- Track daily prospecting efforts, identifying decision-makers, industries, and companies.
- Develop and execute personalized outreach strategies to improve engagement rates.
- Direct qualification leads to the sales team for further engagement.
- Gain an in-depth understanding of TFT's services to effectively support the sales process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM and lead tracking tools.
Desired Candidate Profile:.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in lead generation or appointment setting.
- Must work from the office in Gurgaon at least thrice a week; candidates from Delhi NCR preferred.
- Experience with high-volume prospecting and appointment setting.
- Proven expertise in generating leads from the US and European regions.
- Prior experience in the IT Services industry (mid-sized IT firms preferred).
- Strong knowledge of lead generation for key services, including Web & Mobile App Development, Testing, AI, IoT, DevOps, and RPA.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A proven track record of meeting lead generation and appointment-setting targets.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
