Job Summary :

We are seeking a motivated and target-driven Telecalling Executive to promote banking and finance-related products and services. You will be responsible for interacting with potential customers over the phone, explaining our offerings, and driving sales closures. Strong communication skills in English and Hindi are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities :

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote financial products (e.g., credit cards, loans, insurance).

- Handle inbound calls and queries related to banking and finance products.

- Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers.

- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for lead generation and sales conversions.

- Accurately update customer information and interactions in the CRM system.

- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth workflow.

Requirements :

- Proven experience in telecalling or telemarketing, preferably in banking or finance.

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.

- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

- Basic knowledge of banking and financial products is a plus.

- Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.

- High level of enthusiasm and self-motivation.

- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office.

- Minimum qualification : Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
