Executive - Sales - Insurance (1-6 yrs)

We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to drive sales and grow our Agency Channel in the insurance sector. The role involves generating new business, building relationships with agents, and promoting our insurance products to clients

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate leads and convert them into sales.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and agents.

- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly targets.

- Conduct presentations to educate clients about insurance products.

- Stay informed on industry trends to identify opportunities.

- Ensure proper documentation and adherence to IRDAI regulations.

Requirements:

- 1-3 years in sales and marketing

- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

- Bachelor's degree

- Goal-driven, self-motivated, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.

- Must be local candidate
