Area Sales Officer - BFSI (2-5 yrs)

The Area Sales Officer is responsible for achieving sales targets within a designated geographic area by managing relationships with customers, identifying business opportunities, and ensuring consistent revenue growth. This role involves monitoring market trends, guiding sales initiatives, and representing the company's products or services effectively.

Key Responsibilities :

- Meet or exceed sales targets set for the assigned area.

- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and purchasing behavior.

- Address customer queries and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

- Execute sales plans and promotional activities to drive product awareness and demand.

- Provide regular feedback to the sales manager on area-specific challenges and opportunities.

- Prepare and submit timely sales reports and forecasts to management.

- Work closely with other sales team members to ensure cohesive execution of strategies.

Qualifications and Skills :

- Bachelor's degree in Any Stream.

- 02 Years of experience in sales, Marketing Field

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
