We are looking for a highly skilled Fullstack Developer (Java + React) with 9+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, React, and JavaScript, along with a deep understanding of backend and frontend development principles. The role requires experience in developing scalable applications, working with microservices, and handling modern deployment environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications using Java and ReactJS.

- Design, develop, and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.

- Implement best practices in Spring Boot, Spring Data JPA, Hibernate, and other Java frameworks.

- Build and enhance frontend applications using ReactJS, JavaScript, Redux, and Webpack.

- Ensure code quality through unit testing using JUnit and JEST frameworks.

- Work with SQL and Oracle databases, ensuring efficient data modeling and query performance.

- Manage application deployment in WAS Liberty, Apache Tomcat, or similar environments.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver robust solutions.

- Follow best practices for software development, including design patterns, code reviews, and agile methodologies.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance application performance for better scalability and maintainability.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 9+ years of hands-on experience in fullstack development with expertise in Java and ReactJS.

- Strong proficiency in Java (Java 8 and above) and backend frameworks like Spring Boot, Hibernate, and Spring Data JPA.

- Expertise in ReactJS, JavaScript, Webpack, and Redux for modern frontend development.

- Experience in designing, developing, and integrating RESTful APIs and microservices.

- Solid understanding of SQL databases (Oracle preferred) and experience in writing optimized queries.

- Hands-on experience with unit testing frameworks such as JUnit and JEST.

- Strong knowledge of deployment environments, preferably WAS Liberty or Apache Tomcat.

- Experience in design patterns, OSLC-based applications, and working with scalable architectures.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.

- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in cloud technologies and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.

- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.

- Exposure to DevOps practices and tools like Jenkins, Git, and Ansible.
