Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Actively involved in sales & marketing activities of waste to energy boiler.
  • Review proposals, enquiries & ensure that proposals developed are in line with customer needs
  • Develop competitive proposals and guide team for winning strategy
  • Engage in techno-commercial discussions with clients, consultants, EPC contractors
  • Actively involved in business development activities for international along with domestic market.
  • Ensure market coverage across geographies & industrial segments to analyse key market trends.
  • Monitor lead generation for ensure continuous sustainable enquiry pipeline to achieve sales target.
  • Achieve targets as per Annual Business Plan.
  • Track and report sales and marketing activities.
  • Analyse and report market trends.
  • Assisting and reviewing market mapping and tracking competition.
  • To understand project requirements, tender specifications, contract/process datasheets.
  • Seek inputs from stakeholders/customers and take lead in the pre-order work & proposal making.
  • Actively get involve in continuous product development & cost control activities.

Critical Competencies for the Job:


  • Product / Application Knowledge of Capital equipment's.
  • Knowledge of Boiler and Heater (preferred).
  • Understand engineering drawings, layouts, P&ID's, documentation procedure.
  • Understanding, interpretation and application of costing for raw materials, equipment and components.
  • Ability to work out optimization and cost reduction during pre-order stage and seek support from correct stakeholders wherever required.
  • Must have learning attitude, and open to acquire product knowledge required for competitive selling.
  • Have good networking and interpersonal skills, should be able to effectively handle customers.
  • Proficient in verbal and written communication.
  • Open to travel for business requirements
  • Result oriented with good analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in Teams.
  • Open for learning and should have a learning attitude.
  • General knowledge on design codes, boiler auxiliaries and balance of plant is preferred.
