Asst/Dy. Manager - Refrigeration - Aurangabad

Role & responsibilities

1) Study the layout of the application, orientation, Design, and Execution of Refgn Projects.

2) Refrigeration plant project Design, Heat load calculation, Vessels, ACU, PF, NH3 Pumps, Cooling water system, defrost system, Condenser, controls, Valves, prepare P & I D, equipment layout, piping, Control logic, etc.

3) Preparation of Estimation for all Capex, Green Field projects and all offer evaluation, Vendors evaluation.

4). Negotiation with vendor Technical and commercial along with the SCM team.

5). Vendor drawing evaluation & Approval, Project safety coordination, Project Material delivery follow-up, Project execution, Pressure testing, Vacuumizing, Oil charging Commissioning, and Preparation of Final Technical Documentation.

6). Plant visits for doing Refrigeration plant audits.

7). Performance review with the factory, its Operation & Maintenance issues, and Improvement plans (like Energy evaluation and implementation).

8). Taking Care of all Factories Operation and Maintenance matters and giving tech support in day-to-day operation for plant/reefers/shock and plate freezing.

9). Analyze Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Reports of all plants, and evaluation of maintenance activities & expenses, including inventory management.

10). Knowledge, awareness, and operational capabilities of Piston/Screw comp microprocessors, plc with level 4 automation operations

11). Preparing control logic along with the Electrical, and Instrumentation Team.

12). Classroom Training conducted for plant operation and maintenance team.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualification: Should be a BE Mechanical - 5 years experience /Diploma Mechanical/Refrigeration & Air Conditioning 10 years experience in Refrigeration and Air conditioning Engg & Projects/ Ammonia Plant.
