Role & responsibilities

• Daily Production update.
• Physical stock update.
• Creating material codes for every stage in SAP.
• Creating BOM & Routing for every stage in SAP.
• Preparing Bar Charts for all orders.
• Preparing weekly plan, Monthly & Quarterly plan.
• Preparing plan Vs Actual report.
• RM Calculation for the orders & update receipts.
• Raw material Purchase requisition.
• Preparation of Routings for Tender purpose.
• Analysis of consumptions Plan Vs Actual.
• Analysis of Monthly/Yearly RM Scrap %
• Compilation of data.
• ISO documentation work.
• Coordination with marketing team for order positions.
• Getting sales order from MKTG.
• Design finalization with Design dept.
• Creating material codes for every stage in SAP.
• Training & guidance to all the operating staff. (online & offline)
• Machine trials & reports.
• Coordination with electrical & mechanical for preventive & breakdown maintenance schedule.
• ISO work.

• Scrap calculations & analysis
• Support in CAPEX items procurement
• Support production for machine setting.
