Treasury Head

Position- Treasury Head- Banking, Investment, Forex & Risk Assessment.

Banking Relationships:

Establish and maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions.

Negotiate and manage banking facilities, including loans, credit lines, and other financial products.

Ensure compliance with banking covenants and reporting requirements.

Funding and Working Capital:

Organize and secure funding required for business growth and operational needs.

Develop and implement strategies to optimize working capital management.

Monitor and manage the company's debt portfolio.

Foreign Exchange Risk Management:

Identify and assess foreign exchange risks associated with international operations.

Develop and implement hedging strategies to mitigate foreign exchange exposure.

Monitor currency markets and provide regular updates to senior management.

Cash Flow Monitoring:

Oversee daily cash flow management to ensure liquidity and financial stability.

Prepare cash flow forecasts and reports for senior management.

Implement cash management solutions to optimize cash flow.

Investment of Surplus Funds:

Develop and implement investment strategies for surplus funds.

Monitor investment performance and ensure compliance with investment policies.

Provide regular reports on investment activities and performance.
