Job description

Preparation of base documentation to apply for required licenses and approvals

Coordinate issues pertaining to property and documentation

Liaison with the Government Regulatory Authorities for approvals and licenses

Develop internal business processes and methodology for developing and maintaining database of legal, regulatory statutory requirements for projects.

Responsible for coordinating with various departments for statutory clearances

Obtaining all necessary permissions approvals to be taken from Govt. authorities, statutory authorities before the start of the project like BMC/TMC,IOD,CC,OC, etc

Interacting with the Govt. Bodies and various other statutory agencies for obtaining various clearances, yearly renewals, other miscellaneous and specific approvals from various departments. (Local Bodies, Corporation,

Municipalities, Fire Service, Electricity Board etc.)

To safeguard interest of the company in case of statutory proceedings

Coordinate administer issues pertaining to property

Provide support in negotiations and agreements.

Stay updated with industry trends and regulations.
