Retail Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities :

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer customer queries and provide accurate product information

• Maintain proper inventory levels and restock shelves as needed
• Arrange merchandise displays to attract customers
• Recommend and upsell products to customers to maximize sales
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-presented
• Promote sales and special offers to increase customer engagement
• Work towards achieving sales targets and KPIs

Preferred candidate profile :

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of sales techniques and product promotion
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Strong customer focus and a passion for delivering excellent service
• Ability to meet sales targets and work well under pressure

• Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively
• Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays
