Retail SALES Executive

Minimum Experience: At least 3 years in another retail company as sales executive or similar
profile. Languages Known: English,Hindi & Telugu.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, understanding their needs and preferences.
• Demonstrate product knowledge to customers and provide detailed information on features and benefits.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets by actively promoting products and upselling when appropriate.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the store is well-organized and stocked.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively.
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive shopping environment and support store initiatives.
• Participate in training sessions and stay updated on new products and promotions.
• Prepare reports on sales activities and inventory as needed.
