The Sleep Company - Team Lead - Lead Management (2-6 yrs)

Responsibilities:

- Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture

- Set clear team goals

- Delegate tasks and set deadlines to stores

- Oversee day-to-day operation

- Monitor store performance and hourly report on metrics

- Identify the leads in stores and make sure the customers are reached on time by the stores

- Discover training needs and provide coaching where needed

- Drive in sales from Digital and walk-in leads

- Listen to store feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts

Requirements and skills:

- Knowledge of CRM tools specifically LeadSquared preferred

- In-depth knowledge of performance metrics

- Good PC skills, especially MS Excel

- Excellent communication and leadership skills

- Organizational and time-management skills

- Decision-making skills

- Degree in Management or training in team leading is a plus 2 years of experience
