CRM Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. CRM Strategy Development:
   
• Develop and execute comprehensive CRM strategies to drive customer retention, engagement, and lifetime value.
• Identify key customer segments and personalize communication based on insights and behavior analysis.
• Design and implement lifecycle marketing campaigns (onboarding, engagement, retention, reactivation).

1. Customer Insights & Analytics:
   
• Utilize CRM tools and platforms to analyze customer data and segment the audience based on behavior, demographics, and engagement.
• Track and report key CRM metrics, such as customer retention rates, churn, and average order value.
• Use customer feedback and data insights to refine CRM strategies.
2. Collaboration & Coordination:
   
• Work closely with marketing, sales, product, and customer support teams to ensure consistent messaging and customer journey alignment.
• Develop cross-functional relationships to ensure smooth execution of campaigns across various channels.
3. CRM System Management:
   
• Manage and optimize CRM platforms, ensuring accurate data collection, segmentation, and workflow automation.
• Maintain the health of customer databases, ensuring data integrity and compliance with relevant data privacy regulations.
4. Customer Journey Optimization:
   
• Map customer journeys and optimize touchpoints to improve engagement and conversion.
• Implement personalization strategies that enhance customer experience and brand loyalty.
5. Budget & Resource Management:
   
• Oversee the CRM budget and resource allocation to maximize the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives.
• Identify cost-effective opportunities to enhance CRM efforts.
