- 8+ years of total experience, with exposure to investor relations and/or corporate strategy with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
- Prior experience in venture capital firms is advantageous
- Background in finance, business strategy, or a related field.
- Prior experience in management consulting followed by experience in working at a VC funded startup would be advantageous.
- Reporting to CEO
- Location - Noida WFO
- Immediate joiner by April 1st week
- MBA or tier 1 - will be a plus but not mandatory
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead investor communications and present reports to internal and external shareholders, including the Board of Directors and potential investors.
- Lead fundraising process by preparing marketing materials and financial reports.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and business intelligence reporting.
- Lead engagements with external consultants and implementation of their advice in our business.
- Support strategic planning by identifying growth opportunities and optimizing business performance.
- Collaborate with leadership to align financial and operational strategies with business goals.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to bridge the gap between business and strategy.
- Prepare investor presentations, earnings reports, and other communication materials.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 8+ years of total experience, with exposure to investor relations and/or corporate strategy with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
- Prior experience in venture capital firms is advantageous
- Prior experience in management consulting followed by experience in working at a VC funded startup would be advantageous
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to interpret market trends and translate insights into strategic initiatives.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Background in finance, business strategy, or a related field.
