Job Description:
Corporate Sales Leadership:
- Drive new business development to ensure consistent revenue growth.
- Develop a sales strategy to achieve targets and deliverables within agreed timeframes.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term CXO relationships across diverse client bases (Indian corporates, MNCs, and PSUs).
Client Relationship Management:
- Act as a trusted advisor for key accounts, identifying client needs and delivering customized solutions.
- Monitor changes in client organizations (political, management, or structural) to safeguard the firm's relationships.
- Coordinate across departments to ensure seamless service delivery and business closure.
Industry Networking & Insights:
- Develop and maintain an effective network within the business community and relevant industries.
- Stay updated on industry trends, identifying growth opportunities and adapting sales strategies accordingly.
Team Leadership:
- Mentor and monitor team performance, ensuring targets are met in alignment with quality standards.
- Foster a collaborative culture, encouraging innovation and ownership within the sales team.

Technical Expertise:
- Comprehensive knowledge of insurance and BFSI products, including Corporate Lending, Corporate Benefits Consulting, and Salary Accounts.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

- Exceptional selling and negotiation skills with a focus on high-stakes, complex sales.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities, adept at influencing senior stakeholders.
- Proven networking and relationship management capabilities.

Leadership Attributes:
- Background of leadership roles in community, school, or professional settings.

Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Education: MBA from a reputed B-school; Engineering background is a plus.
Experience:
- 8-14 years of corporate sales experience in BFSI, Hospitality, Travel, or Rating Agencies.
- Prior experience managing large corporate accounts and teams.
- Domain Knowledge: Prior exposure to Corporate Insurance, Corporate Lending, or related BFSI segments.
