AVP / Vice President / Sr. Vice President - Corporate Sales (INSURANCE) (5 Positions)


Organization: A Fortune 200 Professional Services Company (Global Leader in Insurance Broking & Risk Management Solutions)


Experience Required: 8-14 years in Corporate Sales within BFSI or related industries


Position Overview:

- We are seeking high-performing professionals for corporate sales roles, with a proven track record in selling to CXO-level executives of SME and large corporates. This is an exceptional opportunity to work with one of the best teams in the industry, focusing on all lines of business within corporate insurance solutions.

- The ideal candidate will have direct corporate sales expertise within BFSI, Consulting, Hospitality, Travel, or Rating Agencies and demonstrate exceptional skills in building and nurturing long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:


Corporate Sales Leadership:


- Drive new business development to ensure consistent revenue growth.

- Develop a sales strategy to achieve targets and deliverables within agreed timeframes.

- Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term CXO relationships across diverse client bases (Indian corporates, MNCs, and PSUs).

Client Relationship Management:

- Act as a trusted advisor for key accounts, identifying client needs and delivering customized solutions.

- Monitor changes in client organizations (political, management, or structural) to safeguard the firm's relationships.

- Coordinate across departments to ensure seamless service delivery and business closure.

Industry Networking & Insights:

- Develop and maintain an effective network within the business community and relevant industries.

- Stay updated on industry trends, identifying growth opportunities and adapting sales strategies accordingly.

Team Leadership:

- Mentor and monitor team performance, ensuring targets are met in alignment with quality standards.

- Foster a collaborative culture, encouraging innovation and ownership within the sales team.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Technical Expertise:

- Comprehensive knowledge of insurance and BFSI products, including Corporate Lending, Corporate Benefits Consulting, and Salary Accounts.

- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Core Skills:

- Exceptional selling and negotiation skills with a focus on high-stakes, complex sales.

- Strong communication and presentation abilities, adept at influencing senior stakeholders.

- Proven networking and relationship management capabilities.

- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a results-oriented mindset.

- Organized and proactive, demonstrating a high level of self-discipline.

Leadership Attributes:

- Background of leadership roles in community, school, or professional settings.

- Ability to manage diverse client cultures, including Indian corporates, MNCs, and PSUs.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Education: MBA from a reputed B-school; Engineering background is a plus.

Experience:

- 8-14 years of corporate sales experience in BFSI, Hospitality, Travel, or Rating Agencies.

- Prior experience managing large corporate accounts and teams.

- Domain Knowledge: Prior exposure to Corporate Insurance, Corporate Lending, or related BFSI segments.
