Job Description : IT Manager

Job Summary :

The IT Manager is responsible for overseeing the implementation, maintenance, and security of an organization's network infrastructure and asset inventory management. This role ensures optimal network performance, reliability, and security while managing a team of IT Support Engineers. The IT Network Manager also collaborates with other IT departments to support business operations and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities include :

1. Network Management : Design, maintain, and optimize LAN, WAN, WLAN, and cloud networks.

2. Asset Inventory Management : Manage and maintain IT systems and networks.

3. Email solution : Managing, configuring, and troubleshooting G-Suite and Office 365 email solutions.

4. Troubleshooting : Maintain and troubleshoot Apple and Window systems

5. Strategic Planning : Asset upgrades, plan new technologies, and manage budgets.

6. Team Leadership : Supervise IT staff, provide training, and oversee daily operations.

7. Technical Support : Ensure smooth IT support, troubleshooting, and system performance.

8. Security & Compliance : Implement cybersecurity measures and ensure regulatory compliance.

Requirements :

- 5+ years of experience in IT & Network management, administration, or engineering.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Expertise in LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN, firewalls.

- Strong knowledge of network security, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, and encryption.

- Experience with network monitoring tools and troubleshooting methodologies.
