Outdoor Sales Executive

The Outdoor Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales by promoting and showcasing our premium bathroom accessories in designated hardware and sanitaryware showrooms. This role involves building strong relationships with dealers, ensuring the periodic display of new products, and working with architects and interior designers to specify our products for various projects. The Sales Executive will also be responsible for expanding the customer base in Mumbai and other major cities across India.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Generation: Actively generate sales and achieve targets by promoting and selling our bathroom accessories at hardware and sanitaryware showrooms.
• Product Display: Set up and manage effective product displays in showrooms to highlight the features, quality, and design of our bathroom accessories, ensuring an appealing presentation.
• Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with showroom staff and customers, providing exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Market Research: Conduct research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities for expanding the reach of our products across Mumbai, Maharashtra, and other cities in India.
• Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, market feedback, and competitor activities, and report regularly to the Sales Manager.
• Training & Support: Provide product training and ongoing support to showroom staff to improve their knowledge and sales capabilities.
• Pricing & Quotations: Maintain accurate price lists for displayed products and provide immediate quotations to customers as required.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the hardware, sanitaryware, or bathroom accessories industry.
• Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills, excellent communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Product Knowledge: Familiarity with bathroom accessories, sanitaryware products, and trends in the market is a plus.
• Travel: Willingness to travel across Mumbai and other cities in Maharashtra and India as required.
