Inside Sales Executive

Role OverviewThis is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Specialist at Trace Network & Engineering Pvt Ltd in Hyderabad. An Inside Sales Specialist with expertise in lead generation for the Indian domestic market. This role focuses on sourcing new data, generating qualified leads, and achieving target-based sales goals in enterprise networking and cybersecurity solutions. The candidate will identify and connect with prospective clients, establish initial relationships, and collaborate with the sales team to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Proactively source and identify potential leads, utilizing various platforms and databases to gather data for calling and emailing.

Outreach & Engagement: Conduct outbound calls and email campaigns to initiate contact with prospects, pitch relevant solutions, and set up appointments.

Target Achievement: Work on a target-based model to meet monthly and quarterly sales goals for new business acquisition and revenue generation.

Data Sourcing & Management: Regularly update the CRM with accurate contact details, interaction records, and insights for effective follow-up and tracking.

Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and customer needs within enterprise networking and cybersecurity to enhance outreach effectiveness.

Reporting & Collaboration: Provide weekly and monthly reports on lead generation metrics, conversion rates, and collaborate with the sales team for aligned objectives.

Preferred Background

• 0-4 years of lead generation or inside sales experience in the Indian market
• MBA in Any Specialization
• Knowledge of enterprise networking and cybersecurity solutions
• Proficiency in CRM tools and lead generation platforms
