Promotion Executive

The Promotion Executive will be responsible for actively promoting the stores schemes and offers, building and executing strategic plans, and driving sales through engaging promotional campaigns. The role will involve traveling across Mumbai to various locations, engaging with potential customers, and ensuring brand loyalty. The Promotion Executive will also analyze campaign performance and provide insights to improve future promotional activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promotional Activities: Actively promote store schemes and ongoing offers by visiting various locations across Mumbai.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans to maximize the impact and effectiveness of promotional campaigns.
• Sales Growth: Drive sales growth by implementing creative, result-oriented strategies that align with promotional goals.
• Customer Engagement: Engage with potential customers, providing detailed and clear information about the store’s ongoing offers, schemes, and benefits.
• Relationship Building: Develop and nurture relationships within the community to foster trust, brand loyalty, and repeat business.
• Campaign Performance Analysis: Analyze the performance of promotional campaigns and provide actionable insights to improve future initiatives.
• Internal Collaboration: Collaborate with the internal team to ensure promotional efforts align with overall store objectives and marketing strategies.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience: 2-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or promotional activities.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and persuade customers effectively.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not mandatory if the candidate has relevant experience in promotions or sales.
• Attributes: Hardworking, self-motivated, goal-driven, and proactive in achieving sales targets.
• Mobility: Willingness to travel across Mumbai for promotional activities.
