Measure all financial operations, including financial statements, expenses, and balance sheets, and coordinate and follow up with clients regularly to discuss invoice status
Manage and coordinate internal staff matters related to finance
Assist the Financial Controller in preparing statutory accounts
Assist in year-end group consolidation accounts
Participate in annual budget preparation, monthly forecasts, and strategic plans for potential development sites
Complete monthly and annual GST return filing (GSTR1, GSTR2, and GSTR3) before the designated government deadlines
Assist in year-end group tax returns
Liaise with auditors and prepare audit work papers
Prepare a Business Activity Statement (BAS)
Review daily bank reconciliations
Review monthly deposit transactions
Maintain monthly insurance finance ledger
Assist in weekly, monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual cash flow reporting
Handle all management and financial transactions
Establish and maintain close relationships with bank managers and auditors, ensuring compliance with all regulatory bodies
Manage internal and external financial audits
Requirements
Graduation is a mandatory qualification; Inter C. A is preferable
Proven work experience in Finance & Accounts
Experience in handling statutory compliances and ISO audits
Hands-on experience with software (e.g., Tally Prime or SAP); advanced Excel skills is a must
Experience in filing TDS and Income Tax Returns (ITR)
Proficient in maintaining all receipts, payments, sales and purchase transactions
Accounting up to the finalisation of the Balance Sheet/Accounts
Preparation of Debit/Credit notes and E-Way bills
Invoice booking and payment for vendors and various monthly expenses
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
