Job Description
- Prepare and file GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B returns.
- Manage TDS compliance (TDS 24Q,TDS 26Q and TDS 27Q) and Income Tax Returns (ITR).
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Prepare and manage financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements.
- Oversee general ledger operations and ensure accurate accounting entries.
- 2. Payroll Management:
- Process payroll accurately and ensure timely disbursements.
- Handle payroll-related queries and resolve discrepancies.
- 3. Compliance Reporting:
- Assist with financial audits and provide necessary documentation.
- Ensure compliance with EPF, ESIC, and professional tax regulations.
- Manage petty cash, Forex accounting, and maintain cash flow.
- 4. Other Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Exhibit excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
